The rooms are very clean and huge. We had a two bed room which was approximately 18m^2. Bath is an older standard plastic cabin with a small bath tub and a regular toilet. Location was okay for us. ~10 minutes walking to Tsukuba station and ~15 minutes to Tsukuba Conference Center. Restaurants and shopping malls are also in that areas. We were amazed by the good mattresses and pillows. TV we have not checked.
The staff does not speak English, but one can get along checking in and out or, in our case, getting some bowls and a knife. Breakfast is not included, but for 500 JPY, you can get a basic japanese breakfast. We only took a look at it, but would not recommend it (for this price).
